当造价员要考什么证吗？

四年造价的学习，发现只是皮毛，以下都是工作时明白的。

本人大学专业工程管理，此专业有两个方向：工程造价、项目管理。工程造价是我现在从事的工作，刚刚工作一年，下面是我的经验分享。刚毕业找工作的时候基本上都不要求有证书，但是只要你想跳槽，就需要考取各种证书、精通各种软件。

证书：

（1）二级造价工程师：各省独立命题，每年考一次，在两年内考取两科即可，难度不大，只要认真看书几本都能通过。

（2）二级建造师：如果还想继续考取证书，建议考取二建，二建和二造很多重合的知识点，备考起来难度不大。

（3）一级造价师：二建顺利考完之后基本上也就到了考一级造价师的时候了，四年考取四科即可。但如果你是本科本专业毕业工作满四年可以直接备考一级造价师，详细的考试信息建议搜索百度。

软件：

（1）CAD，这个算是必会软件之一，需要造价人员熟练操作。

（2）广联达相关软件，如果你是从事土建、装修等行业，广联达是必会软件，包括算量和套定额。我从事的是亮化行业，目前不需要广联达软件。

（3）造价软件：包括新点造价软件、神机妙算等，这些是工作中经常会用到的，要求熟练掌握。

（4）办公软件，这是任何一份工作必备软件，之所以提出来，是强调Excel的重要性，如果Excel操作熟练的话工作效率会提高很多，毕竟造价行业最多的就是工程量。

最后：

目前国家正在大力发展PC建筑、BIM技术，现在市场上也有很多证书，真真假假，如果需要了解的话给我留言，专门为你更新。也可私信我交流工作经验。
